These terms and conditions ("Product Terms and Conditions") apply to all transactions concluded with you, the customer, via the Shoes, Boots & Trainers Online Store (the "Website") Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your future reference. By using the Website you accept and agree to be bound by the Product Terms and Conditions and the Web Site Terms and Conditions which together shall constitute the entire agreement between you and SA Solutions (Trading Name for the website).

If you do not agree to the Product Terms and Conditions or the Web Site Terms and Conditions you should leave the Website.

SA Solutions reserves the right to alter or amend the Product Terms and Conditions at any time without notification to you. Specifically SA Solutions can amend, discontinue or remove content displayed on the Website, including product and service information or specification on the Website, without liability

All elements of the Website content and all logos, photography, graphics, software and video clips are protected by UK copyright laws. You are entitled to view the Website and to print pages of the Website for the sole purpose of placing an order with SA Solutions. However, any copying or downloading from the Website without written permission from SA Solutions is strictly prohibited and will be deemed an infringement of copyright.

Under 18 website users

If you are under 18 years of age you must gain parental/guardian approval to submit data, receive updates or purchase goods online. You are still bound by these Product Terms and Conditions and use of the Website will be taken as acceptance of these Product Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge that the Website and any goods that you obtain from the Website are provided for your personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes or distributed commercially without SA Solutions's permission.

Orders

SA Solutions will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order ("Advice Note"). Receipt of your credit or debit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon dispatch of the goods to you at which point the purchase contract is made. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason whatsoever and to refuse bulk orders. If we do so a member of our customer services team will contact you and will refund in full any charges which have been incurred.

Prices

Goods are invoiced in pounds (£) sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices are expressed inclusive of Value Added Tax ("VAT") which will be charged at the current rate as shown on the on-line order form and are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added to the price of the goods purchased so that the on-line order form shows the total charges which we will debit.

The prices indicated apply only to on-line purchases and are not indicative of the price of identical goods purchased at our retail stores or by any other means.

We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and to end any promotions at any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time. SA Solutions try to ensure that all prices displayed are correct and within the company's pricing structure. In the event that an incorrect price is advertised, we shall amend such price upon notification. We are under no obligation to supply any product that is priced incorrectly.

Delivery Services

Delivery Charges are added per product during the check-out stage and it is a Flat Rate fee of £7.50 

The total cost of your order is equal to the price displayed on this Site plus a delivery charge (see above). Currently the delivery charge is not included in the price. The total delivery cost includes all handling fees. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Site and/or the delivery charges at any time without notice. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until payment is received in full by SA Solutions.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order. Customers awaiting deliveries to Northern Ireland may need to wait an extra day to receive their order.

We will only deliver to the address on the order placed (to protect against fraudulent card use). If we receive your order for Goods, we will endeavour to deliver them within 5 to 10 working days or sooner but this cannot be guaranteed as delays are occasionally inevitable (please note that there may be a delay between you submitting your order and it reaching use through the Internet). If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the Contract and we will refund any money paid by you. Please note that we do not stock all sizes of boots (even when the system says that a boot is in stock) and so, in this case we will order them from the manufacturer right away. This can also lead to some short delays, but this is very rare and the whole process does not usually take longer than 7 working days, from the time ordered, to the time it reaches your door.

All items are subject to stock availability. If for any reason the goods are no longer available we will notify you immediately and either:

•  give you the option of receiving alternative goods of similar price and quality; or
•  cancel the item from your order and refund you in full.

When we deliver your items you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. All deliveries will require signed proof of delivery. If the carrier is unable to deliver the goods they will be held by the carrier and a card left stating that a delivery was attempted. No goods will be left in sheds, garages, gardens or outhouses.

Returns

SA Solutions' returns policy is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery docket (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date, SA Solutions will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased. If goods are returned after the 30 day period, after inspection of the goods SA Solutions will offer an exchange only. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods, we will return them to the purchaser. If you require a refund for no obvious reason (i.e. a fault), we will refund the cost of the goods, minus administration costs of £15.

When returning any products you are required to also return any additional products you received as part of an offer for buying a certain product online. When returning goods that have separate parts, you are required to return all the parts that were sent with the product.

At SA Solutions we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. All goods are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purposes for which such goods would normally be used. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing customers with excellent service, we offer the returns facility set out below.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer. SA Solutions will only cover the cost of faulty or damaged returned goods.

If an item is faulty, on delivery, do not sign for them (if appropriate), or simply contact us  and we will arrange an appropriate remedy. This facility is open during normal office hours Monday to Friday only. Any customer seeking a refund for postage and packing or not wishing to pay for the return of faulty or damaged goods will need to contact us. Carriage costs will be displayed at the checkout prior to paying for the goods. We are not responsible for damage to items, from wear & tear and cannot refund or exchange goods in these circumstances - As we cannot recover the cost from our suppliers.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable to you or any third party for any:

•  loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and/or loss of data; and/or
•  any other loss or damage which does not result directly from the actions of SA Solutions , its sub-contractors or agents;

and which arises out of or is related to your purchase of goods via the Website.

In any event our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the goods purchased. Nothing in these Product Terms and Conditions excludes our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. These Purchase Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or otherwise.
